Milwaukee man accused of killing criminal partners
27-year-old Danta Rowsey is currently on trial after allegedly plotting the deaths of his partners in a robbery in Milwaukee. Three of the four men were fatally shot, while the fourth was paralyzed and is now wheelchair bound. The surviving partner will testify against Rowsey, whose charges include three counts of first-degree reckless homicide and first-degree reckless injury.
The trial is very complicated and involves around three hundred witnesses. Rowsey’s attorney claims that there is no proof of Rowsey’s involvement in the murders and that accusations against him are meant to lessen the charges against others involved in the case. However, many suspect Rowsey plotted the deaths of his fellow robbers so that their cooperation with police would be avoided.
Rowsey faces a lengthy prison sentence if convicted as the accusations against him are extremely severe. It is imperative to prepare a strong defense in the face of serious charges to avoid harsh consequences.
