Miami, FL–A former FBI agent faces charges of tipping off Boston mobsters of the Winter Hill Gang about a witness who was likely to testify against them in court. The charges the former FBI agent faces are first-degree murder and conspiracy in the death of the witness. If convicted, he faces life in prison.

The killed witness’s body was found in the back of the former FBI agent’s car trunk, and the hit man accused of killing the to-be witness said that the former FBI agent’s tip had led him to kill the witness.
