Young Girl Charged in Fatal Stabbing

by Administrator 14. August 2009 05:51

A young 13 year-old girl from Milwaukee has recently been charged with first-degree reckless homicide after she fatally stabbed her step-grandfather in the neck.

The girl is being charged as an adult and could face up to 60 years in prison.  Further,  the girl has been ordered held on a cash bond of $150,000.

The fatal stabbing occurred after some of the girl's milk was poured down the drain.  This set her off and led her to carry out the stabbing.  According to reports,  this is not the first time a serious altercation has occurred with the girl and the step-grandfather.
