Wrongly Accused Massachusetts Man Seeks Apology

by Administrator 17. June 2008 07:06

Michael Fiola a Massachusetts state employee seeks an apology from the Department of Industrial Accidents (his former employer) after he was wrongfully charged with storing internet child pornography on his computer.  Timothy Bradl, he attorney on the case, stated that “They destroyed [Fiola’s] life.”  After a forensics analysis of mister Fiola’s computer, authorities determined that the 53-year old was just a visit of a rather sneaky computer virus.

Mister Fiola has decided to appeal his termination even though he does not want his job back.  Fiola was fired last year from his job after large amounts of porn was found on his laptop.  He was unaware that the computer was downloading images into an internal file for several months.

This is a prime example of an unfortunate situation gone wrong.  If you or someone you know needs help with from a criminal attorney, contact Kohler & Hart by calling 888-565-7597.
