A Milwaukee woman has been charged with failure to report the death of her elderly mother.  The dead mother was found with a bag over her head and nylons around the neck.

The son of the mother became worried after he failed to get in contact with her.  Upon arriving in the mother's house,  the man saw his sister in the hallway.  After asking where his mother was,  the sister ran into a back room and locked herself in.  The son found the mother's body and the authorities were called.   

Police have stated that the death of the woman appears suspicious, and they are currently investigating the case.
