Two Milwaukee-residents were arrested on drug charges Sunday. According to officials with the Marion County Sheriff's Department, 63 year-old Roy McGee and 37 year-old Latrice Braggs were arrested during a traffic stop on Interstate 57. The two were initially arrested on outstanding Marion County warrants. A police inventory of their vehicle turned up drug paraphernalia and over 1,000 pills of various kinds. Deputies say a Marion County K9 Unit reacted to the front passenger side of the vehicle. A total of seven crack pipes were found in the vehicle. Deputies also discovered a blue duffel bag in the trunk of the car containing 280 pseudoephedrine pills and 600 prescription drugs for pain and muscle relaxation. McGee was arrested for meth trafficking, possession of meth manufacturing materials, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Braggs was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
