A Tennesses school bus driver was arrested this past Tuesday after she was discovered passed out behind the wheel of a school bus that was carrying 30 children. Vicky Lynn Kwasny, a Loudon county school bus driver for the past 8 years, was found by police slumped over the wheel of the bus early Tuesday morning while she had a school bus filled with children.  None of the children aboard the bus were injured in any way.  Kwasny was taken to a hospital and later to jail where she remained in custody after being charged with DUI and child endangerment. Authorities report that prior to this incident, Kwasny had a clean driving record and had successfully passed two drug screenings.
