No Charges Against Police Chief for Affair

by Administrator 1. July 2009 03:06

The district attorney for Milwaukee has stated that the police chief will not face criminal charges for engaging in an extra-marital affair.

A complaint was filed earlier in the week by an individual claiming that the police chief should face charges for the affair.  A Wisconsin law makes adultery illegal in the state,  although the law has not been actively enforced for some time.

The district attorney has stated that no charges will be sought against the police chief.
