A firefighter in Milwaukee could be sentenced on Wednesday for his fourth drunk driving offense. According to officials with the Milwaukee Police Department, Scott Kopp was arrested for his last OWI in August. Police say an officer observed Kopp's vehicle swerving between lanes on South 13th Street. He was pulled over near the corner of South 13th Street and West Oklahoma Avenue. Kopp is a fire commander with the Milwaukee Fire Department. After his most recent arrest he was suspended without pay. Kopp was first arrested for OWI in 1998. He was pulled over in the city of Greendale after he was involved in a hit-and-run with another vehicle. In 2000, Kopp was arrested another time. He was pulled over in the city of Oak Creek after running a stop sign. He was cited for driving under the influence.
