Man Arrested in North-Side Shooting

Police have arrested a person who allegedly shot and killed a Milwaukee man, and wounded two others, Thursday night. According to officials with the Milwaukee Police Department, the shooting occurred shortly after 2:00 a.m. outside an apartment complex on the city’s north-side. Investigators say a man and his girlfriend got into an altercation and then two others got involved. The man who was killed was shot in the stomach. His name has not been released. A 20 year-old man managed to run to a corner before collapsing from about 10 bullet wounds. He was transported by ambulance to a Milwaukee hospital, where he is listed in serious condition. A 28 year-old woman was also shot. She managed to run to a nearby gas station before collapsing. She is listed in stable condition at an area hospital.
