Drunk Driving Enforcement Increases During Holiday

by Administrator 22. December 2009 05:17

Over Christmas,  law enforcement organizations across the state have announced that they will increase law enforcement efforts in an attempt to reduce the number of drunk drivers on the road.  Increased police officer presence will be seen all across the state and Milwaukee.

During these enforcement efforts,  mistakes will be made.  Individuals who are not intoxicated face the possibility of being charged because of mistakes and the tendency to "seek out" drunk drivers over the holidays.  If this happens,  the individual will have to fight to get the charges dropped or very serious consequences can occur.

If you or someone you know is facing criminal charges, contact the Milwaukee criminal defense attorneys of Kohler & Hart, LLP at 888-565-7597.
