A bishop in Milwaukee has been charged with six counts of sexual assault of a child, police announced Friday. According to officials with the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, 60 year-old Joe W. Fox was charged with one count of first degree sexual assault of a child under age 13. He is also facing five counts of second degree sexual assault of a child under age 16. Fox began a sexual relationship with one of his parishioners when she was 11 years-old, according to the criminal complaint. "The victim states that the sexual intercourse happened too many times for her to be able to put a number on it and she states that all the incidents are very similar and its hard to remember exactly what he said each time," the DA's announcement said.
