A Milwaukee woman has been charged with failure to report the death of her elderly mother.  The dead mother was found with a bag over her head and nylons around the neck.

The son of the mother became worried after he failed to get in contact with her.  Upon arriving in the mother's house,  the man saw his sister in the hallway.  After asking where his mother was,  the sister ran into a back room and locked herself in.  The son found the mother's body and the authorities were called.   

Police have stated that the death of the woman appears suspicious, and they are currently investigating the case.

Milwaukee police and other law enforcement officials have increased their investigative efforts into finding a serial killer that is responsible for at least seven deaths.  Authorities also will be looking into over 24 other cold case files that have similar links to see if the killer is responsible for the death of many more victims. The serial killer has been mainly targeting female African-American prostitutes in the city.

Officials are utilizing more and more resources to find this individual.  Authorities believe that DNA testing and evidence will be very important in finding the killer and bringing him to justice. 

Law enforcement agencies have asked anyone with any information to come forward.

A woman , who is 33 years-old, was recently charged with 3 counts from an incident that took place on October 16th.  The charges that the woman faces include  attempting to flee an officer, criminal property damage, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

It all started when the woman  attempted to get into a plane at a Waukesha County airport.  The woman was unable to and then fled the scene, going in the grass.  Police were then called and began chasing the woman.  Speeds were over 90 miles per hour at some points. The woman then attempted to gain access to the Timmerman Field airport, which is located in Milwaukee.  

At Timmerman Field,  police were able to box the woman into her car with their vehicles.  The woman then attempted to flee on foot, but police were able to quickly apprehend her.

Milwaukee police, sheriffs, and park workers have begun increasing the number of patrols at Grant Park.  The increased enforcement comes after a year of increased criminal activity in the park.  The park has had several separate incidents of damage or vandalism that has cost over $10,000 by most estimates.

Park workers and city officials have stated that the increased patrol has helped reduce recent incidents, and have seen the new efforts as successful. The efforts are set to continue until criminal activity in the park does not become such a problem anymore.
