Philadelphia Murder Trial Begins

by Administrator 30. July 2008 05:07
The trial of nineteen year old Charles Meyers began yesterday in Philadelphia. Meyers is accused of fatally shooting fourteen year old Tykeem Law last year in an incident that some have attributed to road rage. Meyers was driving his car with one passenger when Law and four of his cousins were riding bikes in the street. Reportedly, Meyers and Law began to argue, Law agreed to move out of the street, and Meyers shot him in the chest. Meyers is pleading self defense, claiming that Law said he had a weapon. The passenger in Meyers' car denies this. If you have been accused of murder, you will need to contact an excellent attorney right away. For more information on the self defense plea, contact Milwaukee murder defense attorneys Kohler & Hart at 888-565-7597.

He doesn't recall what happened next, and can give no explanation for his sudden violent behavior. When police arrived at his home, he reportedly told them that he was guilty. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. If you have been accused of murder, you need to contact a good attorney right away. Men Robbed Two Hotels in Kenosha

by Administrator 8. July 2008 07:07

The Best western in Kenosha, WI was robbed early this morning by two armed robbers and someone who was driving their car to get away. Police have come out to speak with the clerk who was at the hotel at the time. The robbers came in around 3 a.m. with some type of weapon and demanded all the money that the clerk had in the hotel. The men beat up the clerk and tied him up which is where police found him when they arrived.

In addition, police believe that these were the same men that robbed the Holiday Inn Express just up the road around the same time as the other robbery. In this robbery, the clerk was also tied up and shots were fired, but luckily no one was hit in the process. Both clerks were taken into the hospital to get checked out for their injuries that were received during the robbery.
