Wisconsin Psychiatrist Cleared of Sexual Assault Charges

by Administrator 19. March 2008 03:03
Psychiatrist Charles Grade, of Wauwatosa, was acquitted earlier this month of all charges in a sexual assault case brought by a former patient. Grade, 45, was cleared by a jury on three counts of sexual exploitation by a therapist. He testified at his trial that statements he made to police following his 2006 arrest were taken out of context in order to make him appear guilty of assaulting his female patient. The plaintiff's identity was sealed by the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. If you have been accused of a crime and need an experienced attorney on your side, call a Milwaukee criminal defense lawyer from Kohler & Hart at 888-565-7597 today.
